Return & Refund Policy

‍ Every item at Mid Maude Creations is made to order just for you through a trusted USA-based printing partner, which means we don't keep pre-made stock sitting around — and it also means once your order is in production, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.

‍ What we will always make right

‍ If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what's shown in the listing photos, contact us within 14 days of delivery at heyrenee@midmaudecreations.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll replace it or refund you — no hassle.

‍ A few things worth knowing before you order

Mockup images are digital previews, not photos of your exact item — slight variations in color or placement between screen and print are normal and expected. Because your order is printed specifically for you, please allow 2-4 weeks for production and shipping, longer during peak seasons.

‍Order changes and cancellations

‍ If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible at heyrenee@midmaudecreations.com — we can only make changes before your order enters production, so the sooner you reach out, the better our chances of helping.
